FLAUNTi collects information needed to create accounts, arrange bookings and provide support: name, email, phone, address, booking details, Beauty Passport data, partner KYC and support messages. We do not sell personal information.

How data is used

Address and booking data is used for fulfilment, professional assignment, safety, fraud prevention, payment records and support. An assigned professional receives only information needed for the service. Customers control Beauty Passport sharing.

Payments and providers

The current website records manual or cash pay-after-service payments. We do not claim card or UPI processing until a gateway is configured. If enabled later, checkout and this policy will identify the payment provider and relevant data handling.

Security, retention and your rights

Passwords are hashed, KYC files use private storage and sensitive service data is role-limited. Data is retained only as needed for the account, legal, accounting, dispute and fraud-prevention obligations. You can request access, correction or deletion.
